Arcaro to Ride Jamie K. In Preakness Stakes BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 13. — After winning todays fifth race on Spring Hill Farms Jamie K., Eddie Arcaro said that the son of Crowfoot would definitely be his Preak- ness mount. Asked about the telegram trainer John Partridge is supposed to have sent Tony DeSpirito offering him the mount on Jamie K., Arcaro said: "Mr. Partridge just told me that he never sent any wire to the boy." Someone is evidently kidding the 1952 riding champion.
