| ; i Garden State Annual Golf Tourney Scheduled for May 25 GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 13. — The annual Garden State Racing Association golf tournament will be held at the Woodbury Country Club, Woodbury, N. J., on Monday, May 25, it was announced today by Jim Devlin, chairman of the tournament committee. Devlin, a former golf pro who deserted the links to follow the racing trails in the pari-mutuel department, has made arrangements for the players to practice at Woodbury on Monday, May 18. The Garden State Racing Association will provide prizes for the various divisions, which are to be determined under a revision of the Calloway System. Devlin has named the following assistants to cover the various phases of golfers at the track: Whitney Nixon, owners and trainers; Jimmie Stout and Herb Lindberg, jockeys; Danny Broic and Harry Stout, jockeys agents; Mort Mahony and Paul Benners, Mutuels; Bob McCurley.
