Hayes, Jesse Turner Foes In Tonights Video Bout ST. LOUIS, Mo., May 19 UP.— Norman Hayes, ranking middleweight fighter, will enter the ring here tomorrow night with a nine pound advantage over Jesse Turner in their nationally televised bout. Hayes will also have an edge over Turner in experience. His record ot victories includes decisions over Joey DeJohn in the third round in his last television appear- ance on November 12 in Detroit. Turner, who has been working his way up the middleweight ladder, will have his chance to move into the top 10 contenders against Hayes. Turners most notable victory recently was the knockout of Sylvester Perkins on March 11. Hayes expected to enter the ring at the Arena weighing 163 pounds and Turner 154. , , j , . j , i
