Shikampur Bows to Savoyard PARIS, France, May 19 — Reuters. — Aga Khans Derby entrant, Shikampur, was beaten in a photo finish in the Prix Cap-piello, run over 11 furlongs at the Maisons Laf fitte track here today. The winner was Savoyard, who came with a tremendous burst of speed at the finish to gain a short head verdict. Prince Aly Khan said afterward that Shikampur, who was conceding four pounds to Savoyard, would be left in the Epsom classic. The colt was quoted at 20-Lin last nights Victoria Club call-over on the Derby. Savoyard, who is owned by the Marquis de Triquerville and ridden by L. Flavien, is not entered in the Derby.
