Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Fork PHOENIX, Ari*., May 19.— At the thirty-sixth regular meeting of the Arizona Racing Commission held in the offices of the commission here at Phoenix, May 12, 1953, the , following rulings were made: "In the case of Betty Bowdle: The ruling of the stewards at Rillito Race Track, Tucson. Arizona, of March 31, 1953, was , upheld. "In the case of Harold E. Donovan: The ruling of the Arizona Racing Commission at the thirty -third regular meeting of March 19, 1953, denied the application of Harold E. Donovan for an owners license for the falsification of application. Upon additional evidence establishing no intent to falsify application, Dr. Harold E. Donovans application is hereby accepted and he is placed in good standing as of this date, May 12, 1953. "In the case of William Christian En-holm: The ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of March 20, 1953, was upheld. "In the case of Groom, James Herbert Flener: The ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of March 30, 1953, is hereby upheld and his license revoked. "In the case of Billy Floyd: The action of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of March 10, 1953, in denying ex-jockey Billy Floyd access to the grounds at Arizona Downs for the balance of the current meeting was upheld., "In the case of trainer, G. H. Hunter: The ruling of the stewards at Sportsmans Park, Phoenix, Arizona, February 16, 1953, was upheld and G. H. Hunter indefinitely suspended pending payment of 0.00 fine. "In the case of Marion Jones Mrs. H. T. : The ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of April 4, 1953, having been referred to this commission, was set over until further notice for the purpose of obtaining additional evidence. "In the case of Ordell Laws: The ruling of the stewards at Rillito Race Track, Tucson, Arizona, of April 12, 1953, is upheld. "In the case of ex-jockey, Mike McBee: The ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of March 20, 1953, was upheld. "In the case of trainer, John Allen Mackey: The ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of March 28, 1953, is upheld and it is further ordered that for the falsification of application his license be revoked. "In the case of Ersel Ericous Mother -shed: In the case of application for a hearing by E. E. Mothershed the commission having heard substantial evidence and taking into consideration the fact that Mothershed was in trouble prior to the existence of this commission and that he has been ruled off for a period of approximately five years, it is ordered that E. E. Mothershed be placed in good standing and eligible to apply for a license in the State of Arizona as of this date, May 12, 1953. "In the case of groom Maurice Hays Raymond: The ruling of the stewards at Sportsmans Park, Phoenix, Arizona, of February 16, 1953, is upheld and it is further ordered that his suspension be continued pending outcome of alleged forgery charge. "In the case of Robert Silva: Ex-jockey, Robert Silvas application to this commission for reinstatement having been heard, it is ordered that Silva be placed in good standing and eligible to apply for an exercise boys license only. "In the case of trainer, M. D. Wilson: The ruling of the stewards at Sportsmans Park, Phoenix, Arizona, February 16, 1953, was upheld and M. D. Wilson indefinitely suspended pending payment of 0.00 fine. "In the case of jockey Robert Lee Faulkner: The ruling of the stewards at Arizona Downs, Scottsdale, Arizona, of March 10, 1953, is hereby upheld and his license revoked."
