Borst Astride First Winner SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 19. — Apprentice Joe Borst, a 19-year-old youngster from Ridge, L. I., under contract to Eugene Jacobs, rode his first winner at Suffolk Downs yesterday aboard Blue W. He had ridden 40 races before reaching the winners circle.
