Purdue Announces Football Schedule for 1953 Season LAFAYETTE, Ind., May 19 UP .—Athletic director Guy Mackey today announced Purdues football schedule for 1955. Purdue will meet seven Big Ten foes, play a non-conference game with- Notre Dame and host the College of the Pacific, a new opponent. The schedule: September 24, College of the Pacific, here; October l, at Minnesota: October 8, Wisconsin, here; October 15, at Iowa: October 22, Notre Dame, here; October 29, at Illinois; November 5, at Michigan State; November 12, Northwestern, here; November 19, at Indiana.
