Mrs. Rebecca Collins to Bring Star to Waterford Course CHESTER, W. Va., May 19.— Among newcomers to Waterford Park, which opens June 1. is Mrs. Rebecca Graves Collins, youthful owner-trainer from Wilmington. Del., who is expected here next week with seven horses, including last years Maryland Futurity winner Beckys Shirt. It would seem that Beckys Shut, who competed in a few stake engagements earlier in Maryland, at Bowie, might prove to be a tough contender for some of the top offerings during the impending 40-day meeting. In addition to this three-year-old the comely Mrs. Collins has in her care such as Satans Fox, a rather adept two-year-old that has already won a couple of races; and Beckys Miss, Miss Lovey.
