OFF AT 2:03 CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. ANTELONE was slow to get in stride, but moved up on the outside after going a quarter and, coming steadily through the stretch, got to the front near the end. WHAT A PEACH improved her position in the last half mile to outfinish CONVAIR. The latter had the most early speed, but bore out and weakened in the last sixteenth. GLADE WELL was close up to the last furlong, then began to falter. BIG QUESTION failed to offer much contention. JEAN THE JOKER broke well and dropped out of it gradually. BE SWAYED was never too far from the pacemakers and, moving strongly after entering the stretch, came to the middle of the track in the last sixteenth to find the best going and opened up under pressure near the end. MONEY had the most early speed, but tired badly near the finish. MISTER MAC closed ground and was going steadily at the end. SLUMBERLAND was always fairly well up while racing on the outside. CHUCKAL0NG, closest to MONEY in the early running, caught the latter after entering the stretch, then faltered. SEDGEGOOD stopped badly. Scratched— 86890 Lumena, 107. BALLAP00L went to the front early, continued well after being headed by AGITATE and, although bothered when the latter bore out in the stretch, took command again in the last furlong and won under pressure. WRACK PLAY moved steadily in the final quarter and was gaining on the winner. AGITATE opened up a good lead after leaving the backstretch, but tired and bore out in the stretch. LAURA J. SHOW ME TOO trailed to the stretch turn, then came to the outside and finishing strongly to catch the early leaders tiring, won going away under a drive. TRIPLE FLIGHT was also outrun early but came steadily through the stretch to finish well. KARMEN KAY also closed with good courage. HI RAPHAEL took command at the far turn and drew clear, but weakened •n the stretch. STRICT was never a factor. HAP GLAUDI tired in the last quarter. RUTH EMILE0 had some early speed. NEVERLATOR was not too far away from the eaders in the first part and, coming strongly on the outside through the stretch, caught PRINCESS ANN near the end and held LOCK OUT. The latter trailed many lengths back of the field in the first half mile, then made up much ground between horses in the stretch and was going strongest of all at the end. PRINCESS ANN set the pace and raced MAHPLAY into defeat and held on well in the final drive. IDA C. broke in front, then dropped out of it, but closed strongly. MAHPLAY and TEN FORTY tired. WARAVID was hard held while in close quarters several times on the inside in the first six furlongs, then moved up entering the stretch and dropped down on the inside of PRINCE ADARIS an eighth out, bested the latter in a drive. PRINCE ADARIS showed good early speed and, although losing some ground in the stretch, held on well. TAROM was close to the pace throughout and had no trouble besting the others. FLIGHT CAPTAIN made up some ground in the stretch. JUDY ROUNDERS and HOPE HULL were used up in the first six furlongs and had little left. ACQUIESCE dropped back after going half the trip.
