Bob Odell Interviewed For Grid Post at Penn PHILADELPHIA, Pa., Aug.18 UP .Bob Odell, former Penn AU-American and present backfield coach of Wisconsin, was interviewed today for the post of head football coach at the University of Pennsylvania. Jeremiah Ford, II., director of intercollegiate athletics at the university, said Odell was one of "a number" of ex-Penn football greats being considered as a successor to George Munger, retiring Red and Blue coach. Ford said he expects to interview Eddie Allen, present Drexel coach, and Lew El-verson, head coach at Swarthmore, "In the near future."
