Headley Reports to Hartwick ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing, N. J., Aug. 18. Owen Headley, 18-year-old Holly Hill, Fla., apprentice, checked in here from Hazel Park and reported to Clarence Hartwick, his contract employer. The youngster, one of the top prospects to don silks in Michigan, rode his first winner astride Hartwicks Earl Bull at Detroit June 25, and finished out his mid-west stay with four winners. His engagements are made by Mike Walsh.
