Other Schools Being Probed For Alleged Code Violations The National Collegiate Athletic Association revealed yesterday that it is investigating five more colleges for alleged violation of the NCAA athletic code. The disclosure came after the NCAA punished Michigan State, Notre Dame and Arizona State for violation of practices. A spokesman for the NCAA said one of the five additional cases stemmed from the July 17-19 meeting of the membership committee and indicated the other four apparently have arisen since that time. He refused to name the schools under investigation.
