HBPA Dinner Highly Successful FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, III., Aug. 18. The second annual HBPA dinner that was held at the Fairmount Park clubhouse on Monday evening turned out to be a huge success, with the large turnout of horsemen, officials and guests finding food and entertainment into the "wee hours." The highlight of the festivities was a jitterbug contest which was won in a unanimous decision of the judges by the whirling dervishes, Mrs. Paul Larvis and trainer Robert Warren.
