Racing Strip in Good Condition HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 18. The running surface of the Butler County Fair Grounds is in exceptionally good condition as the time for the races on opening day indicated. E. Daniels Ironclad sped about seven furlongs of the Inaugural in 1:26 which was only three-fifths of a second off the record of Veloz, set in 1941.
