WAR PIPER Has been training cleverly for future starts as indicated by recent six-furlong trial completed in 1:13, handily. TOTAL TRANCE Left the ranks of non-winners last week. Won so easily and accomplished victory in such easy fashion, may go on to make it interesting for tougher competition. GEORGE GAINS Heres a veteran campaigner who may earn his keep before the end of the season. MISSELECT Was practically left at the post last week and ran a smashing race. Seems able to take care of the same kind with a bit of luck. VALLEY SPRITE Has been running in the ,000 to ,500 class. May be dropped to lesser company the final week of the meeting. Throw out last race. HAMILTON" OHIO A PLUS Finally found the winners circle after many seconds this season. May not be too long before a repeat trip follows. LIMERICK BOY Stick with this router despite the poor showing in his last race Is definitely better than that performance. JOCK CLARK May surprise at long odds the first time he is dropped into a route affair. Is very ordinary, but tough to head when on the front end. FROSTY ACRES Disappointed in his role as favorite while trailing throughout. Mud seems to be this platers hole card, so watch for soft track. BEE GOLLY Hard-luck fellow that has had one purse taken from him and suffered interference in his last outing. A nice sort of plater. BOB FELLER Recent sprint put this one on edge for longer trial. Is a fair router who fits well here. OTSEGO "MISS First-time starter that was ambitiously placed for debut here. Opened up three-eighths in :40 for the race, but then scratched. Tab this one. SPEEDY TOM Has been showing lots of speed in recent routes though running out of wind. May be dropped into sprint with profitable results. WARMONGER Veteran had a rough trip in his initial outing though still possessing gameness that made him favorite in New York a few seasons ago. Needs only share of luck to win here. LORD BULL Had a flash of speed in late start while claimed from the race.. Halterman might have been very astute. NO VACANCY Though aged, this veteran can win right back against non-winners of two races this year. Steady and reliable. DOLCE MIA Might be a real sweet thing one of these afternoons. Will bear watching in any route starts. NARRAGANSETT PARK MR. BLUEBLOOD A cheap plater who has been displaying steady improvement and figures to earn brackets . before meeting closes. RUNNING CHANCE Last turned in by this miss is enough endorsement against members of her sex in a maiden event. KNIGHTS REWARD A consistent better- . than-average middle distance performer who should earn brackets in near future. FRAN JR. Unlucky in last when disqualified after turning in a commendable performance. Should make amends against same caliber sophomores. VIENNA DANCE A speedy filly who. figures to improve off her last. BRAIN SPRAIN A couple of sharp sprint efforts have put this plater on his toes for a top performance over a distance of ground. RHODA BETH Last two efforts were promising and a victory seems in sight. CENTENNIAL RACE TRACK help this one considerably. Was shut off badly on the turn the last time and was never able to regain stride sufficiently - to be a challenge. TRANSATLANTIC This aged campaigner has been well regraded in his three starts at the meeting and has improved each time. Should be in the right spot shortly. PEPPERN SALT Customarily goes with the best in sprint affairs and in her first outing here finished second to the stalwart Phil D. Should be even more difficult to beat the nextrtime. PEANUT BAR Has been getting closer all the time to a peak effort. A middle distance would appear to be his forte. JOHNNY WILL Came from far out of it in a sprint to wind up third the last time. A bit more early foot should find this one difficult to .defeat. , WAUNETA B. Recent graduation from the maiden ranks was so impressive that this one will be difficult to overlook in any event for her age group. MOOSEHEART Bore out badly down the backstretch in last, yet finished a bang up second. Has a wealth of early foot and a touch of crass. ST. SHARE ON Tired after leading a fair band of platers for the better part of six furlongs in a mile and one-sixteenth affair. Might do better in a short sprint. ANGEL FAIR Was on the outside all the way in last and it did not appear to be the Easy Mon fillys best effort. Should redeem that effort at the next asking. BROKERETTE Did not leave the gate with her field the last time out. This Market Wise filly has been improving steadily and morning trials indicate a sprint should be to her liking. LAUREL MISS Was carried out in the stretch run the last time. Should leave the maiden ranks in the very near future. HYDRO SCOTT Initial outing here was highly impressive.
