Ohio Notes i 1 i I RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, I Aug." 29. I The horses trained by K. S. Cleveland j will leave here on Monday for Las Vegas. In the past week Cleveland has claimed several horses increasing his already large stable. The majority of his horses are owned by C. E. Buckley. Dr. J. A. Russo, of Wilmington, Delaware, arrived for the.- races this afternoon and J will remain for the balance of the Randall Park meeting. Russo is visiting with racing secretary J. Gilbert Haus and Alan Lavan. Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Gordon, of Hampden, Virginia, stopped off here for a feir days sport before heading: towards Washington Park. The Gordons were the guests of trainer Norman L. Haymaker. Robert Patnode has purchased the vet-eran plater Alexis from W. R. Ware, Jr. I The gelding has been turned over to Joe Patnode to train. Henry Underbill entered the owners ranks when he purchased Monsieur this morning at private terms.. Underbill bss named Jimmy Price as the trainer.
