Ohio Notes RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, Aug. 29. Anthony Graffagnini, New Orleans horseman who has been campaigning his useful stable here- at Randall Park will remain in the Buckeye State for the Thistle-Down meeting which gets under way on September 11. Jimmy "Goggles" McCoy, has taken out a riders license and expects to hit the comeback trail here in the near future. McCoy who made a successful comeback as a rider at the Fair Grounds in New Orleans last winter, has been acting as agent for jockey Jackie Robertson, but has decided to take up his own tack again. Trainer Joe Paoli shipped his 14-horse public stable to the Timonium, Md., track. There are 17 horses on the stewards list with the addition of Detective, who sulked in his race here on Friday. Detective was the odds-on choice in that race. Horsemen dropped 04,500 into the claiming box since this meeting opened to give 42 horses new stalls. Good Zephyr and Wac have been added to starter Bill Schamerhorns school-, ing list bringing the total number of bad actors to 18. Ex-jockey Willie Garner, currently serving as patrol judge here, departs for his uncle Harry Garners farm near Cincinnati, Ohio when this session ends Labor Day.
