CHI BU moved alertly to take command soon after the start, shook off opposition after a half mile, drew clear and held on gamely under pressure. ONEF0RMY-SISTER, in hand and close to the pace for a half mile, moved up on the outside to challenge, but was not good enough. MAKES SENSE closed steadily along the inside. TURNER weakened after forcing the pace. SHY SAILOR rallied mildly when roused along the inside on the final turn. LITTLE RACER, roused intermittently, moved menacingly after a half mile, challenged mildly and faltered. MURTEX showed speed for three furlongs and flattened out. HOOP IT UP raced on the outside and failed to make up any ground. CIRCULANT lacked early speed. OUTWARD BOUND showed nothing. MOIKA was outrun. HOBO KING, never far off the pace, rallied in the late stages. TECOMATE went evenly. KING DEBRIS had ho mishap. WILLINGER showed speed for a quarter mile and weakened. AQUARIUS, under stout restraint for a half mile, moved readily when roused, overtook the leader on the final turn, rode CALAMUS close, was taken off quickly and drew out. The latter began moving on the leader after a half mile, was brushed on the final turn, but failed to lose stride and continued on gamely, although no match for the winner. GOTTADANCE disposed of GOLDEN GREEK after a half mile, drew clear, saved ground on the turns, shortened stride and was tiring at the end. WRIGHTS WRONG broke alertly, remained in close attendance of the pace for a mile and retired. UNIZANO lacked a closing rally.
