Proctor to Saddle Pictus DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 25. Trainer Willard Proctor arrived here today from Delaware Park to saddle Ralph Lowes Pictus in the Saturday running of the Bull Dog Hi-Weight Handicap. Jockey Joe Valenti came in from Wilmington to handle Pictus in the week-end stakes. Proctor stated that should Pictus go well Saturday, the Pictor-sired stallion will remain here for the 0,000 Michigan Mile, scheduled for renewal on July 10. i
