Trio Going Back in Dover DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 25. The first three finishers in the Van-derpool Purse on Thursday Rokeby Stables Cup Man, C. Lamar Creswell, Sr.s Mister C. L. and Walter M. Jeffords dub Scout are among the 160 eligibles for the 0,000 Dover Stakes on Wednesday. The three juveniles are likely prospects for the five and one-half furlongs test which decides the two-year-old championship of the Delaware Park meeting.. The Dover usually attracts the cream of the two-year-olds and in the previous 16 runnings produced a Kentucky Derby winner in Count I Turf. The son of Count Fleet won the 1950 Dover and was ridden by Warren Mehrtens, a member of the official family here.
