SIX BILLS was a prominent factor under steady handling and finished well MARCHESE lacked early speed, but closed strongly from the head of the stretch. TUREE JANE was intermittently roused racing in close attendance of FRESHANEASY, but was clearly best in the final stages and won cleverly. FRESHANEASY SuIrS held sway under steady pressure into the last furlong and held on gamely when displaced. T.nnir , , FJBS raced slightly wide improving position gradually. JANET LYNN had no mishap. EASTER MODEL lacked room inside FRESHANEASY and was eased back at the far turn, took out sharply from behind the leaders and broke stride entering the stretch and weakened. The latter raced between horses to challenge on the turn, dropped back slightly at the head of the stretch, but was coming again at the end. BILL VEIT was a forward factor and closed determinedly in the last stages. GALA IN bore out slightly on the stretch turn, then closed fast near the end. BILLS ADMIRAL began slowly. WAGON DRILL was urged along with the first flight, wrested command and was left with a commanding lead just inside the furlong marker, but had to be hard ridden holding the opposition safe. BETSANN was sluggish and far back for three furlongs, followed the inner rail making, up a gap in the stretch and fiinshed fast BLUE BANNER, probably best, was well placed and responding nicely when pinched back sharply between ELLENS SPY and WAGON DRILL at the quarter-pole, was slow recovering and drifted out badly while finishing fast. REDDY RO lacked a sufficient rally. HELLO MOM rushed to the front at the far turn, but flattened out after four and one-half furlongs.
