Stewards Rulings WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, III., June J,G. The Balmoral stewards issued the following: ruling here today: "Leon Warfield, 3933 Drexel Boulevard, Chicago, 111., is denied the privileges of the grounds for touting and it is recommended to the Illinois Racing Board 4hat this ruling be extended to include the grounds of all tracks in its jurisdiction." FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 16. The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Jockey Clarence Meaux, is suspended 10 racing nights for careless riding leaving the starting gate during the running of the thrid race on the night of June 15th. Suspension to commence June 18 and terminate July 1, both dates inclusive." AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 15. The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey Billy Breeden is suspended for five 5 racing days for allowing his, horse Gypsy Dan to drift out, away from Ihe gate, during the running of the fourth race Tuesday, June 14. Jockey Breeden will be eligible to accept mounts for June 24, 1955. "Apprentice jockey Robert Hinkley is suspended for 10 racing days for failure to give racing room, while up on his mount, Ed R. during the running of the seventh race Tuesday, June 14. Apprentice jockey Hinkley will be eligible to accept mounts for July 1, 1955. During the term of this suspension apprentice jockey Hinkley will be eligible to fulfill stakes engagements "Viow on file." j RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 16. The stewards today issued the following rulings: "Jockey John Shoyat is suspended 10 racing days from June 18 to June 29, inclusive, for rough riding while astride Apricot in the third race on June 15. "Jockey Joseph DAugustino is suspended 10 racing days from June 18 to June 29, inclusive, for rough riding while astride Shillelah Mike in the fourth race on June 15. "Trainer W. B. Meadows is fined 5 for not having My Faith in the paddock on time for the third race on June 15." "WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont., June 16. The stewards issued the following order today: "In the fifth race on Wednesday, June 15th, Bingo Billy was disqualified and placed second for coming into the path of Birch Hills in the stretch run. Jockey Vic Bovine, who rode Bingo Billy, is suspended for five days June 18-23 inclusive." THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 16. The ThistleDown . stewards issued the following ruling here Tuesday: "Apprentice jockey Ralph Sterling is suspended 10 racing days, June 14 to June 24, for interferring with Lot-O-Bim in the run through the stretch in the sixth race, Monday, June 13. His mount, Nordcan, was disqualified from second and placed third."
