Final Delaware Book Out DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 16. Condition books for the final 11 days of the meeting were released today by racing secretary J. Gilbert Haus. The book takes in the period beginning Wednesday, June 22, and continuing through the July 4 finale. The "new" New Castle and the Delaware Handicap, worlds richest race for fillies and mares, are the two most important events to be decided during this span.
