Deadlock for Training Honors RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 16. Milton Rinke and Gale Osborne are deadlocked for top honors in the trainers ranks having saddled eight winners each during the first 17 days of the current session while Doug Davis, Jr., is next in line having tightened the girth on six winning thoroughbreds.
