Bernard J. Ratigan Dies j DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 16. Bernard J. Ratigan, a member of the Gulfstream park Racing Association board of directors, passedaway at his local residence late Wednesday. Ratigan, who was prominent in the automotive industry, is survived by his widow and two sons, Bernard, Jr., and Patrick E. Requiem mass for the deceased will be held Friday at 10 a. m. from the Church of Epiphany, 10301 Orangelawn Avenue, Detroit.
