Pierre Wert-heimers French filly, Pederoba, to a twcf-length triumph in the Irish 1,000 Guineas over one mile here today. Pederoba .Djebe— Pedour was led early by her stablcmate, Aga Khans Princess Retta, ridden by Frenchman Roger Poincelet. Pederoba swept past her in the last furlong to win easily " at odds of -4-to-l. Lady Ursula Vernons Mary Davies, 6-to-l chance, beat Princess Retta by half a length for second place in the field of 16. It was Johnstones seventh Irish classic winner. His tally is 11 each in England and France.
