— — — 1 ► i 1 Commission Rulings I Reported to Daily Racing Form I . 1 j I TORONTO, Ont., May 10.— The Ontario Racing: Commission issued the following: rule: "Owner-trainer Albert Tomei, having been suspended by the stewards on May I, 1956, and the matters of complaint against him having been referred to the commission, the action of the stewards is confirmed j and owner-trainer Albert Tomei is sus- i pended for 15 days, effective May 1, 195G, for striking- his horse Marola on the rump and withers with a riding crop, shortly before taking it to the paddock for the eighth race at Fort Erie on April 30, 1956, and his trainers i license is revoked indefinitely, effective May 1, 1956. Albert Tomei, having applied since his suspension for an I owners license, is granted an owners I license effective. May 16, 1956." j j By Order of the Commission. j
