Hot Springs Breakage Share At Oaklawn Totals 0,268 j HOT SPRINGS,* Ark., May 10.— The City of Hot Springs has received a wararnt for 0,268.19 as its one-third share of th£ breakage from the 1956 spring race meeting at Oaklawn Park. Oaklawn Jockey Club retains one-third of the breakage and the remaining third is distributed by the state treasurer among other cities of the state on a pro -ratio basis. Last year the city received 7,462.25 as its share, whereas the all-time high was the 2,481.02 resulting from the 1954 meeting. The breakage is all the revenue the city collects from Oaklawn. State law exempts j the track from occupation tax. The Oaklawn meeting ended March 31.
