1Stewards# Rulings FONNER PARK, Grand Island, Ncbr., May 10. — The stewards Wednesday made the following: rulings: "Owner-trainer J. D. Krause is fined 0 for appearing: in the paddock in an unfit condition prior to the running: of the third race, May 8, 1956. "Trainer Jimmic Fox is fined S50 for •making: false and unfounded statements following: the running: of the fourth race, May 8, 1956. "Owner-trainer Jim Romjue is fined 0 for creating: a disturbance in the - paddock following: the claiming: of his • horse Alamo City after the running: of the fifth race, May 8, 1956. * - "Jockey Oscar Wells is fined 5 for insubordination, May 8, 1956." GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 10. — The stewards here today issued the following: "The two-year-old colt Busy Harvest is placed on the stewards list until such time as he schools without a closed blinker to the satisfaction of the stewards." WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. "Va., May 10* — The" stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Trainer-owner W. W. Long is fined one hundred dollars 00.00 for a show of disrespect to the stewards." ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 10. — The Ascot Park stew--ards issued the following ruling here today: "Winstay, which finished second in the seventh race May 9, was disquali-" fied and placed fourth for ducking in .near the three-eights pole and causing serious interference to horses on the inside. The revised order of finish: Miss Run More, first; Fiddle Bow, second; Bim Bim, third, and Winstay, fourth. "For failing to properly control his mount, Winstay causing serious interference to horses on the insider near the three-eighths pole during the running of the seventh race May 9th, apprentice jockey Guy Smithson, is suspendedjfor 10 racing days, effective May 12 to May 23, inclusive."
