Connells at Churchill Downs CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 10. — Richard A. Connell, president of the Hazel Park Racing Association, and Mrs. Connell are visitors at the local course. The Hazel Park official stated that the near-Detroit plant is ready for the May 21 inaugural of the 1956 Michigan state flat season.
