MTOA Dance on May 18 DETROIT, Mich., May 10. — Charles White, president of the Michigan Thoroughbred Owners Association, announced t that the MTOA would stage its annual .spring dance Friday, May 18, at 8:30 p.m. j The affair will be held at Oakdale Hall, Oakland and East Eight Mile Road, where the Michigan owners hold all their business meetings. In addition to dancing, there will be refreshments. Although the dance is sponsored by thoroughbred owners of Michigan, all horsemen and their friends will be welcome.
