Fourth St., an employe in mutuel departments at race tracks since 1919, died Saturday at his home following a lingering illness. Mr. Blankenship worked at Hialeah since the track opened and worked there at the meeting this past winter. Surviving are his wife, Nell, two daughters and two sisters, both of Richmond, Va. The body is at Philbricks Funeral Home, 7th and Flagler, Miami, where services will be held Wednesday morning at 10 oclock,
