High Sparkle Injures Foot GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 13. — Woodland Farms High Sparkle came out of the Delaware Valley with an injured right forefoot and will be out of action indefinitely according to word Monday morning from trainer Harry Wells. X-rays are being taken to determine the full extent of the- injury. High Sparkle was unable to place any weight on the foot this morning. It had been planned to send the colt to Pimlico for the Preakness on Saturday. Jockey Sam Boulmetis, who rode High Sparkle in the Delaware Valley at Garden State Park on Saturday, was unable to say when or where the colt may have been in distress during the running of the race.
