Monitor to Air Feature Races in Chicago Area Feature races from the Chicago area will beb roadcast on NBC-radios Monitor each Saturday, beginning May 18 WMAQ, 5:15 to .25 p. m. CDT. First race on the schedule of broadcasts is Balmorals 0,000 added LaSalle Handicap at Washington Park, near Chicago. The race, at six furlongs, is for three-year-clds and up. The 5,000 Citation Handicap will be broadcast Saturday, May 25. Monitor will cover races from Balmoral through June 15, with track announcer Harry Henson calling them. During the summer and fall, Monitor will cover feature races from Arlington and Washington parks and Hawthorne. ! j I
