New Jersey Notes GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 31. When Thorn Ridge Farms Onyx won the third race at Garden State Park on Wednesday it represented the first win for Thomas Andre, master of the farm. Andre, a comparative newcomer to the racing scene, resides in Doylestown, Pa. Trainer Daverne Emery transferred four Carolyn K Stable horses to Virginia from Garden State Park. Sent to the farm were Philane, Eagle Eye, Jr., Hi Shield and Cruel Sea.
