Stewards Rulings WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Ya., June 20. — The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey Merwin L. Trombley is hereby fined the sum of 5 for making-a frivolous claim of foul after running of the first race on June 19." AUDUBON PARK, Henderson, Ky., June 20. — The stewards here today issued the following rulings: "Jockey Lyman Richards is suspended 10 days June 22-July 1, inclusive Continued on Page Forty-Niri Stewards Rulings Continued from Page Three for careless riding in the sixth race on June 19, 1957. "Josloy Charles Billcaud is suspended 10 days June 22-July 1, inclusive for careless riding in the eighth race on June 19, 1957." RIVER DOWNS, Cincinnati, Ohio, June 29. — The stewards today issued the foHring rulings: "Groom Coslello Bradshaw, Louisville, Ky., and TRPB number 8668G, is suspended for the remainder of the meeting for intoxication while in the stable area. "Jockey Richard IVIiguez is suspended for five racing days, June 22, to June 27, inclusive, for using profane language during a display of temper after dismounting following the ninth race on June 19. "Jockey James Dobson is suspended for 10 racing days, June 22 to July 3, inclusive, for rough riding in the first race on June 19. "Jockey Chalmers Bash am is fined twenty-five dollars 5.00 for striking a horse other than his own mount, with his whip during the running of the first race on June 19. "Apprentice Jockey James Fowler Is suspended for 10 racing days, June 22 to July 3, inclusive, for careless riding in the ninth race on June 19."
