Gov. Chandler at Audubon AUDUBON PARK, Henderson, Ky., June 20. — .Gov. A. B. "Happy" Chandler was the guest of honor today at the local racing course and viewed the running of the fourth race, named the Gov. A. B. "Happy" Chandler Purse in his honor. The states chief executive presented E. L. Miller, owner of the winning Moolu with a blanket after the running.
