HBPA Meeting at Cahokia . CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis, 111., June 20. — A meeting of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association has been called for 11 oclock next Monday morning. The session, to be held on the grandstand, is called primarily to go into details with horsemen involved in the recent flood at this track. Members of the organization who suffered a loss because of the high water are especially requested to attend.
