Mrs. Sophie Considine, Mother Of Columnist, Dies at 86 WASHINGTON, D. C, June 20. — Mrs. Sophie Considine, 86, mother of syndicated writer Bob Considine, died hei-e early today. She was a native of Baltimore, but had resided in the capital for more than 80 years: Shortly before her 86th birthday, President Eisenhower sent her his greetings, offering "warm solicitations" on reaching "such a milestone in a wonderfully long and active life." Other surviving children are Charles J. Considine, Mrs. Nelson Rowe and Mrs. George Marmion, all of Washington. Funeral services will be held Saturday at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church here.
