Jockey Beck Improving Fast CAHOKIA DOWNS, East St. Louis, 111., June 20. — Jockey Clifton Waye Beck, badly injured in a spill here about two weeks ago improvedso much in past few days there is a possibility of his being released from St. Marys Hospital before the end of this week. Dr. E. F. Curran, the track physician who called in a brain specialist when it was believed Beck had more than a concussion, could find nothing more serious after keeping the reinsman under observa- ] tion for more than a week. _ i
