Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form HAZEL PARK, Mich., June 20.— The Michigan State Racing Commission approved the following ruling of the board of stewards here today: "It is recommended that apprentice Alike Mulkerrin be suspended ten days June 22 through July 2, inclusive for rough riding after the start of the third race on Wednesday, June 19."
