PRIVILEGED, on the inside early, raced into a good lead after reaching the turn, bore out slightly when entering the stretch and swerved to the inside when under strong pressure in the final eighth. OVERPLAY, under strong riding from the start, came between horses in the stretch, but had to be cased slightly when the winner swerved in the last eighth and otherwise might have been a stronger factor. VIAJERO, well up from the start, held on gamely. HIGH PRESSURE had to race wide and tired after reaching the final eighth. PANSYS FIRST had speed, but tired after a half mile. TIMBERLINE lost ground. CHERAW, away fast but unable to hold the advantage, began to improve his position after a quarter, came to the outside in the stretch and outgamcd KNIGHT OF OLD in the drive. The latter, under hustling tactics early but steadied around the turn, stood mild pressure gamely, but was not good enough. GOLDEN QUEST, taken back early, moved up with a rush in the stretch, then hung, but outlasted PAPYROGRAPH. The latter raced evenly. The latter, on the inside throughout and well rated, held on creditably, but was not good enough. PRINCE JOHN raced wide much ol the trip and was under strong pressure after about three eighths. TRANSPORT had no mishaps. TREVALLION tired. ROSEVALE came to the outside in the stretch and swerved badly in the late staces. COLLEEN B. bore out badly on the turn. The latter, Under snug restraint for about three-eighths, continued gamely Jo the final eighth before tiring. COSETTE displayed good speed, but quit badly in the last eighth. TRINCHERA, well rated, swerved out slightly in the stretch and held on fairly well. TRACKER lost ground and tired in the drive. The latter, prominent throughout and on the inside, closed with a rush and was wearing down the winner. BOOMS PAL, away slowly and outrun for three-quarters, came to the outside for the drive, gained rapidly and was going gamely in the final staccs.
