HAMILTON, 0NT., NOTES 4 Seven horses are being shipped from Winnipeg to Fort Erie to await the opening of the border track. Included in the lot are Joey, Fascinator,, and Happy Jester, the property of C. L. Jacques and George E. Miller, which will race for L. Ronuld. Following the last race run at Dufferin Park on Saturday, an order was issued by the stewards stating that jockey J. Passero was indefinitely suspended pending investigation of his ride on Fort Dearborn on June 20. Thomas Clark who dispatched the fields during the recently closed meetings at Long Branch and Dufferin Park, will accompany Thomas Hare, secretary of the London Turf Club on a tour of inspection of Queens Park, London, Ont., Tuesday. Several improvements are scheduled before the opening of the meeting July 22, and work will begin as soon as plans are drawn, up.
