SUSPEND OWNER AND TRAINER DETROIT, Mich., June 29. The stewards Issued the following ruling after the fourth race today: "C. Seybert, owner, and M. Gar-row, trainer of Polyphote, have been suspended indefinitely for failure to have the mare in the paddock for the fourth race today."
