f DUFFERIN PARK NOTES . $ Condition books embracing the scheduled ten days of the Devonshire Park Jockey club meeting, to be staged at the Windsor plant beginning July 8, were received at Dufferin Park Saturday and were distributed among the horsemen. Governor Bill, which races for Mrs. C. Hagen and has been on the sidelines since the meeting of the Ontario Jockey Club, is back in training and is expected to return to competition during the Hamilton Jockey Club meeting. Jockey Pat Remillard, with eight winners, led the list of riders during the meeting of the Metropolitan Racing Association just concluded at Dufferin Park and also drew the largest pay check among the riding colony for the first six days, when his envelope contained 10. G. Courtney was second in the money distribution, with 60, while A. Prain was third, with 65 and H. Peden 1 fourth, with 60. sick to the clerk of the scales and both were Charles F. Henry, who served as racing secretary at Long Branch and Dufferin Park,-will remain in Toronto until July 1 before leaving for Cleveland, where he will start on preliminary work in connection with the opening of the Thistle Down meeting.
