APPRENTICE HAUER FINED CICERO, 111, Oct. 13. Apprentice. Henry Hauer, who distinguished himself by riding three winners on opening day here Monday, became tho first rider at Sportsmans Park this meeting to bo punished for rough riding. He was fined 5 by the board of stewards for crowding the field at the start of the first race today. JHe was astride Rapid Bells.
