2,899,123 NEW YORK VOTERS NEW YORK, N. Y., Oct. 13. After a complete check-up of six days registration, New York City vote officials announced that there were 2,899,123 qualified voters in the metropolis, which figure is 20,000 more than the entire vote in the country eighty-eight years ago. It was also 500,000 greater than the previous high mark of 2,338,804 set in 1932.
