JOCKEY V. MOORE SUSPENDED CICERO. III., Oct. 13. Jockey V. Moore was suspended by the Sportsmans Park stewards for the balance of the meeting for foul riding going to the first turn in the sixth race Tuesday afternoon. Moore was astride Cohort Girl which, the stewards said, was responsible for the jamming in which Fern me fell.
