PHILLIPS COMPLETES SENTENCE LAUREL. Md., Oct 13. Trainer George Phillips, who presented himself on the grounds of the Maryland State Fair, Inc., on Saturday, October 3, before suspension incurred at Saratoga ended just completed an additional sentence of one week that ended on Sunday, October 11.
