t JAMAICA TURF NOTES t O s Frank J. Kearns accompanied by jockeys Eddie Arcaro and I. Anderson left for Lexington, Ky. They will test the yearlings at Calumet Farm. Holly Hughes will ship the Sanford Stud horses from here to winter quarters at Amsterdam, N. Y., next week. Jockey R. Workman left for Washington, D. C, to visit his family and will proceed to Keeneland Park for that meeting. George Burke will leave for Portland, Me., for a vacation before proceeding to Eanta Anita. J. B. Partridge will ship to Bowie for the meeting. He applied for stalls for his horses. The Calumet Stables Privileged will be kept here for the Empire City meeting and then pointed for the Pimlico Futurity, according to trainer Frank Kearns.
